Shipping
Golf Shack currently ships items UPS to all 48 contiguous states, Alaska, Hawaii and Canada. Currently we do not ship to International addresses except Canada.  (For Canadian purchases, we will e-mail you the shipping charges before shipping). 

We ship UPS Ground, 2 Day UPS Air, and Next Day UPS.  Orders are shipped during normal business hours, Monday-Friday, excluding holidays.  Please allow 24 to 48 hours on top of the UPS shipping time estimates to pick and pack your items from Golf Shack. 

UPS Ground deliveries should arrive 1-5 days after leaving Golf Shack.  The following is a map, proviced by UPS, of delivery times for commercial and residential deliveries using UPS Ground Service.

Tracking Your Order
If your order is shipped from our warehouse you will receive a UPS Ship Notification via email at the time your order is shipped.  A link is provided in this email that you can use to track the delivery of your order.  Some special orders may be dropped shipped directly from the manufacturer and a tracking number may not be available.  Please contact us with any questions.

Shipping Charges
The shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the total weight of the order and will automatically compute on the Shopping Cart page.  Orders over $100.00 will have free shipping which will be reflected in the shopping cart.  (Some oversize items selling for over $100.00 may incur an oversize handling charge, see details below).  Certain shipments to Alaska and Hawaii may incur additional shipping charges.  Please contact us for shipping cost.  Golf Shack may change or discontinue the free shipping offer at any time.  Shipping charges are subject to change at any time without notice.

Oversized Items
Select package sets, travel covers, carts and golf bags are oversized items and the additional shipping charge noted on the product page will be added to the calculated amount after checkout.  If your order is over $100.00, only the oversize handling charge will be applied to your order.

Returns
Please contact us at sales@golfshack.com or 1-888-4GOLF90 regarding any return issues that you may have.  No returns will be accepted without a return authorization number.
